We are independently, American owned. self-employed and therefore in charge of everything from answering the phone, to web site design, to printing the shipping label in order to fulfill your handmade leather goods order. Oh yeah, we also have to make the handmade leather goods you see on our site! Hence, we are hit and miss on the phone. We cannot answer the phone and make this stuff at the same time.
