We are a true mom and pop small business.  All leather goods on this site are truly handmade in our backyard workshop.  We simply cannot offer instant turnaround.  Most orders ship within 5 business days.  Aside from leather craftsmen, we are also webmaster, customer service, shipping/receiving, tech support, maintenance, custodians etc.. they joy of business ownership! We always say our turnaround time is 1 - 3 weeks as a safety net.

We do our best to keep our handmade leather goods affordable.  We never surprise our customers with outrageous "handling" charges.  Our "standard" shipping service is via USPS.

SHIPPING to USA and US Territories





Please do not ask us to be anything but truthful when it comes to International shipping.  We will label the Customs Declaration as "Merchandise" and report the actual cost of the goods.  You may be required to pay Customs or Import fees prior to delivery.  We do not receive any of these fees.  They go to your federal government.

Any item that is NOT PERSONALIZED MAY BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.  We are happy to exchange modify or refund at your request.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS MAY ONLY BE RETURNED DUE TO DEFECT OR LACK OF QUALITY  Once we cut your name or initials into the grain of the leather, it is there to stay.  Items that are personalized may only be returned for exchange/refund if the product is defective.  Of course, we would never send out an item that we would not back 100%.  This policy is available as a "just in case" something happens during shipping.
